Lost Mail

I am not responsible for lost mail. Once a package is dispatched it’s completely out of my control and there is nothing I can do. If you are afraid a package is lost, first check the tracking that was sent with your notice of shipment. If it was scanned or updated in any location you can contact them, or you can file for a package search with the info provided. Always check the tracking, see where it is at. If a package was delivered to the wrong house, I am very sorry I am not able to knock on your neighbors door for you. I do suggest trying it out, seeing if that is where the package has landed.

If you are international and your package has not updated after reaching domestic customs, that is because it is now dispatched internationally, and USPS tracking can only work with in the U.S.. I am not sure how your state mail courier works, but the package will be on it’s way to your nearest state ran international mail courier. Usually the largest post office near by. If you have concerns about your package you can contact them. As for how long it takes to ship, please check online, it will be departing from the U.S. state of Florida.

If a package has been returned to me, I will contact you and let you know. We can figure out what the issue is and get it re-shipped. If you are concerned that a package is being returned to me, tracking will update with a return to sender notice. If that happens you can notify me so I can keep an eye out, since it does not get returned directly to me. If you’re international, most times it takes a few months to successfully return back to me.
